How to place an order on the website www.breuer.fr
You can place your order on our website 24 hours a day and 7 days a week
The order processing consists in six sequential stages :
Clearly identify the selected products in terms of colour and size as mentioned on the website www.breuer.fr
Mention the requested quantity per product
Introduce yourself either with your strictly personal user I.D and password, or by answering all the usual information requested for an on-line registration
Clearly specify all information about delivery, in particular the accurate delivery address as well as the eventual access restrictions to the place of delivery (building, floor, keypad…)
Precise the selected means of delivery
Read and accept the general sales conditions; lastly mention the means of payment.
Once the means of payment is selected you can proceed to the payment of your order on the secured interface card which will firmly and definitely confirm the sales contract with Breuer.
An email will automatically be sent in order to confirm the order, under condition that the email address you have mentioned in the registration form is not wrong.
The products are available within the limit of our inventory. The availability can vary during the same day according to sales. If a product is not available it will be mentioned on the page of the said product or with the summary of your basket. If you are informed during the order processing that the product is « to order » the delivery time will be around 3 to 4 weeks. If Breuer cannot get a product from their suppliers (vendors), we commit to inform you immediately.
The items are packed in a gift envelop or a Breuer box. Then they are over-packed in a cardboard packaging.
The freight charges are free whatever be the amount of the order

The on-line orders via the website www.breuer.fr are registered daily from Mondays to Fridays, except for public holidays. We are doing our best to process and deliver the following day any order placed before 5 p.m. However the time of processing of an order can take longer, like 2 or 3 working days, depending on the products.
In case of order with one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products we will ship the order at receipt of all the goods. If you wish to receive the available products as soon as possible, it is preferable to make a separate order for those products.
Free delivery by Colissimo or Chronopost (within 24 hours). In case of absence at delivery, a written notice will be left so as to get back your parcel at the nearest post office. Parcels are kept at the post office during 15 calendar days. In case a parcel is not withdraws in due time it will be sent back to Breuer.
Free delivery by Fedex (within 24 to 48 hours). Deliveries are made within 24 to 48 hours, depending which country they are bound to, from Mondays to Fridays except for public holidays. These delivery times are those usually in force.
How to return a product ordered on-line
The legal deadline is 30 days date of receipt of the goods in order to send back any product ordered from the website www.breuer.fr. To make a return you just have to contact the Breuer’s customer service, by email at

The return cost is at your expense.
The returned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Any damaged product or in a deteriorated original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
The legal time to inform us about your intention to return a product and about what reason is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Once we have forwarded you a return agreement number you must return the goods within 48 hours. You can be entirely refunded within 14 (fourteen) days and within 30 (thirty) days, you can exchange your item or get a credit with a six months period validity.
